Police said Chinese citizens who violated President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort on December 18 were arrested when they refused to leave.
Jing Lu, 56, was questioned by security officials at the Mar-a-Lago resort and asked to leave. However, she returned to take pictures, Palm Beach police spokesman Michael Ogrodnick said. email. According to AP , Ms. Lu was charged with prowling and stalking. She was arrested late on December 18 at the Palm Beach County Prison.
The president and his family were not at the club at the time of the incident. Trump family members are expected to go to Mar-a-Lago on the weekends to spend Christmas and New Year holidays there.
In March, Yujing Zhang, a 33-year-old Shanghai businesswoman, was also arrested after infiltrating Mar-a-Lago carrying laptops, phones and other electronic devices. Zhang was found guilty in September of trespassing and lying to secret agents. She was sentenced last month and is being held for deportation.
In May, a college student was said to have mixed in to get into Mar-a-Lago for 20 minutes before she was arrested.
In both cases, Mr. Trump and his family were on the resort. However, no one was threatened.
