Vietnam Health app helps prevent corona virus

Viettel has just completed the Vietnam Health application ordered by the Ministry of Health after 6 days to support the prevention of acute pneumonia.

Health of Vietnam is an information application of the Ministry of Health that helps people to self-assess risks, equip disease prevention knowledge, update disease situation information. The application is also a channel for people to search for the nearest health facility to register information if there is a risk of infection, guide isolation methods and report suspected cases.

The Vietnam Health app is available on Android and iOS platforms, for both smartphones and tablets.

Earlier, Viettel has redirected a hotline for acute respiratory infections caused by a new strain of corona virus (2019-nCOV) to the hotline switchboard of the Ministry of Health (19009095 operated by Viettel). Viettel has also set up an online briefing system with 23 points, including a central bridge at the Ministry of Health, 22 central and local hospitals.

On February 8, 2020, the Ministry of Health organized an online conference on treatment and prevention of respiratory diseases caused by corona virus. Here, Viettel will be a support unit of 700 communal, district and provincial / city bridges for the Ministry of Health to promptly guide through the video bridge system at Viettel’s branches on 63 province.

Previously, Viettel was also a unit that deployed 23 bridges to connect to hospitals for disease prevention.

Currently, Vietnam Health application is available on the App Store of iOS operating system. In the next few days this App will be available on Play Store (Android).
